New Owl Wire Manufacturing Facility, Town of Boonville, New York
This project addressed the design and construction of a new manufacturing facility.

Shumaker Consulting Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. (SCE) provided civil site design and survey services to support the construction of this new 60,000 square foot facility located on a ten (10) acre parcel.

Preliminary and final design services involved site planning, technical drawings and specifications, evaluation of existing site conditions, proposed site improvements, new access road, traffic analysis, fire protection, municipal water supply and an on-site wastewater disposal system.

Stormwater Managements tasks included: Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP); Quality/Quantity Volume and Calculations; and treatment and detention design.
SCE survey services involved field survey using GPS, topographic/planimetric mapping establishing project horizontal and vertical control.

As the prime and sole consultant for the Fortino Tire Stockpile Abatement Project, SCE was responsible for the design of infrastructure, environmental permitting, and construction assistance tasks required to support a waste tire remediation project at an existing tire pile site in the Town of West Monroe, NY.
