JAMES M. CUMMINGS, P.E.

Mr. Cummings has more than twenty-seven years of design experience providing design and construction inspection engineering services for civil site design projects. His recent experience includes assignments involving roadways, airports, and the sites of: college classrooms, medical facilities, and military armories. He is very familiar with AASHTO, NYSDOT & NYSDEC design standards and he has a very high level of expertise with AutoCAD, Microstation INROADS, TR55, and HEC-RAS design software. His project experience includes responsibility for preparing final plans, special specifications and engineer’s estimates. Mr. Cummings has successfully completed designs for roads and parking lots, stormwater management, potable water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems in support of civil site and roadway design projects. These designs were prepared in accordance with AWWA, NYSDOT, NYSDEC and local authority standards. As Senior Project Engineer, he will be responsible for coordinating design development, project scheduling, budgeting, preparation of contract documents, and construction management tasks.Mr. Cummings has also been involved in the LEED projects at Binghamton University and SPIRIT (the military Version) on the Leeds Armory.
