STEPHEN E. GOULD
Mr. Gould has provided survey/mapping services as a Sr. CADD technician and Base Mapping Coordinator at SCE. He has performed design mapping for numerous facility and site improvement projects that included the development of baseline alignments, DTM development, utility and drainage mapping, 3D modeling & sanitary and storm sewer mapping, as well as GIS database development, attribute collecting, and GIS Mapbase maintenance. Mr. Gould has been trained and educated in GIS database development, attribute collecting, and GIS Database maintenance.
Mr. Gould has experience with New York State agency design projects and has provided mapping services for many state agencies including, NYSDOT, NYSTA, SUCF, DASNY, NYSOGS, NY Power Authority, and NYSDEC.
Mr. Gould has prepared digital base mapping in accordance with NYS agency and LDSA specified CADD standards in Microstation, ESRI, and ACAD file formats.
Mr. Gould also has extensive experience with utility mapping involving the identification and inventory of existing utilities; research of record plan documents, digital mapping of surveyed evidence; and final verification of underground utility and infrastructure locations.
As Base Mapping Coordinator, Mr. Gould is responsible for the first line supervision of design mapping staff compiling and tabulating data, and preparing digital design mapping in support of site and facility improvement projects.
