TODD R. MAC DONALD, L.S.
Mr. Mac Donald has thirty-four years of experience. He is experienced in boundary, topographic and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, 3D modeling for machine control, building, road, pipeline, and construction stakeout, rural and urban subdivisions, environmental easements, and dead research.
Mr. Mac Donald has been responsible for the supervision and management of the boundary team. During that time, he performed a variety of survey task such as: Boundary Surveys (research, deed plots, field set up, reconnaissance computations and drafting (AutoCAD)), Topographic Surveys (DTM surface computations and drafting (AutoCAD & Carlson)), 3D Modeling for Machine Control (computations and drafting (AutoCAD, Carlson, & TopCon)), Construction stakeouts (setup and computations), ALTA/ACSM Surveys (research, deed plots, computations and drafting), Environmental easement surveys (Brownfield Sites), Computations and drafting, and Oversight for Quality Control of Final Mapping.
Mr. Mac Donald’s background includes extensive experience involving 17 years of broad-based responsibilities including Instrument Person, Party Chief, and Office Manager. As Party Chief, Mr. Mac Donald performed the following tasks: deed research, deed plots, reconnaissance, and traverse setups. As Office Manager, Mr. Mac Donald worked with clients and produced proposals. He also handled scheduling, computations and survey descriptions. Mr. Mac Donald also performed boundary and topographic surveys ranging in size from small city subdivisions lots to large 1400-acre farm subdivisions.
